Now on your Base layer clean up the strays by his neck and in between his legs

Back to your Jacket and Pants Layer and close of his pants and neck as shown

PANTS

Fill with #312F2F

Selections - Float

Apply Cutout of: Vertical : -1

Horizontal : 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 13.8

Shadowcolor: #000000 (black)

Deselect  

Magicwand again this time select his shirt and fill with #FFFFFF ( white)

Selections - Float Apply Cutout of: Vertical: 0 Horizontal: 0 Opacity: 100 Blur: 6.3 Shadowcolor #B2AEAE Deselect

Pixel in the strays here (with black)

Open Bodybase1 and do a Shift+D to make a copy - close original

Make your Canvas 100 x 120

Add a new layer set foreground to # 000000 (black) and pixel in his Jacket and Pants as shown

Ok now let's give the poor guy some hands Set foreground to # E5D1B6 and pixel his hands as shown:

( I did mine on a new layer and lowered the opacity on the groom so I could do a screenshot - that's why it looks different)

now fill his hands with #E8D6C0

This is what we have so far

Neck

now add shoes

  Now grab your Magicwand and select his whole outfit except for his shirt like so :

Now I thought his legs were too far apart so I moved the line in one pixel on each side and fill as necessary

see the diffrence?

Now give him a Bow Tie (I chose white but it's up to you) and some Buttons

  Add a new layer and pixel his tophat as shown

Grab your Magicwand and click inside the top and the rim fill with #312F2F Selections - Float Apply Cutout of :   Vertical : 1 Horizontal: 0 Opacity: 100 Blur: 5 Shadowcolor: #000000 (black)   Deselect

here I decided to add a white band to his his hat like so

On same layer pixel in in some hair

( mine didn't quite come out right so play a bit and see what you can come up with)

  Give him a face

when happy - merge with the rest of him

now add a new layer and pixel a flower for him

  arrange Flower and merge

Voila you're done
