Clouds
Now grab your Magicwand and click inside both clouds
fill with # B6DCE2
Selections - Modify - Contract - by 1 pixel
fill Selection with #CBE7EB
Selections - Modify - Contract - by 1 pixel
fill Selections with #DFF0F3
Deselect
and you're done
You can do these on seperate layers as well to arrange them to suit your needs or do them in different colors
Open new transparent Image of 80 x 50
set foreground to #A5D4DB and pixel Outline as shown:
