now switch color to #B0B20A
and pixel his tail
Once you have all that grab your Magicwand and click inside of his head.
Fill with # F91919
Selections- Float
Apply Cutout of:
Vertical: -1
Horizontal: -1
Opacity: 100
Blur: 10
Shadowcolor same as outline (# 860404)
Deselect
Magicwand again - this time select the center part.
Fill with # 00407F
Selections - Float
Apply same Cutout
but change Blur to 2.5
and Shadowcolor to a darker shade of blue
Deselect
Magicwand - click inside of his tail
Fill with # F6F850
Selections - Float
Apply Cutout of:
Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 2.5
Shadowcolor: B0B20A
Deselect
Magicwand - click inside his beak
Fill with # 222222
Selections - Float
Apply Cutout of:
Vertical: -1
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 100
Blur: 2.5
Shadowcolor # 000000
Deselect
and you're done
