Magicwand - click inside of his head and belly

Fill with # DAD1C8

Selections - Float

Apply Cutout of:

Vertical: 0

Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 6.3

Shadowcolor # same as Outline (BEB0A2)

Deselect

Magicwand again - click inside of his feet

Fill with DAD1C8

Selections - Float

Vertical: -1

Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 5

Shadowcolor same as Outline (BEB0A2)

Deselect

Magicwand one more time - click inside of his arms

Fill with # DAD1C8

Selections - Float

Apply Cutout of:

Vertical: -1

Horizontal: 1

Opacity: 100

Blur: 3.8

Shadowcolor same as Outline (BEB0A2)

Now add a new layer and set foreground to #908070

Pixel in some line in his ears and feet as shown:

Now apply a Gaussian Blur of 0.75

Add another layer and pixel in his face and whiskers like so:

Here is Baby Pudgekins

Let's pixel

Open new transparent Image of: 40 x 40

Set Foreground to #BEB0A2 and pixel Outline as shown

(You may want add a dark layer so you can see)

Get rid of your dark layer (if you used one) and merge your layers

and your Baby Pudgekins is done
