Now grab your Magicwand and click inside his head
Fill with # EAE5E0

Selections - Float
Apply Cutout of:
Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 17.5
Shadowcolor # C9BDAF (or color of your Outline)

Deselect

Magicwand again - this time click inside his left ear
fill with same color (EAE5E0)

Selections - Float
Apply Cutout of:
Vertical: 3
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 100
Blur: 11.3
Shadowcolor # C9BDAF

Deselect

Magicwand again - click inside his right ear
fill with same color

Selections - Float
Apply Cutout of:
Vertical: 1
Horizontal: 3
Opacity: 100
Blur: 11.3
Shadowcolor same as Outline (C9BDAF)

Deselect

Magicwand - click inside of his body
Fill with same color (EAE5E0)

Selections - Float
Apply Cutout of:
Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 100
Blur: 15
Shadowcolor same as Outline (C9BDAF)

DO NOT DESELECT

Aplly another Cutout only changing the Horizontal to -1

Now deselect

Magicwand one more time - click inside his pudgy feet
Fill with same color (EAE5E0)

Selections - Float
Apply Cutout of:
Vertical: -2
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 9.2
Shadowcolor same as Outlie (C9BDAF)

Deselect

Now let's add another layer and pixel some lines in his ears like so:
Apply a Gaussian Blur of 1.00

Add another new layer
now pixel some lines into his hands and feet like this:
Ready ? Let's pixel !!!

Open new transparent Image of:

70 x 90

you may want to add an extra layer and fill it with a dark color so you can see what you're pixeling - you can later delete this layer

(Tip: I use Black and lower the Opacity)

Set Foreground to #C9BDAF (or a color of your choice)

and pixel Outline as shown:
Apply a Gaussian Blur of: 0.75

Add another new layer for his face and whiskers:
*******************************************

Return to Index
Now delete the dark layer (if you used one) and merge your layers
I suggest you save a copy of the unmerged layers .....
